1. License of Data Use and User Content

By using our services, the user grants the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and process the data provided. This license is granted strictly for the purposes of operating, improving, optimizing, and developing the service and associated technologies (including the training of our proprietary artificial intelligence models).

2. Limitation of Liability for Results and AI Hallucinations

The Platform offers suggestions and modifications based on Artificial Intelligence, but does not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, or suitability of the resulting CV for specific hiring processes. The Platform shall not be held liable for any loss of employment opportunities, unfavorable hiring decisions, factual errors (hallucinations), or content issues arising from the use of the tool. The user is solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the final document before submission.

3. Pro Access and Payments

Certain features of the Platform require the purchase of "Pro Access" (e.g., 15 days unlimited access). Payments are processed securely. Access is granted exclusively to the purchasing user account and is non-transferable. Refunds are subject to applicable local laws.

4. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Acceptance

The use of this service constitutes an explicit, informed, and specific agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
